Bleed it twice one on the top of the filter and by doing a banjo on the return from the pump both the same result... I'll see how a pump goes. It ticks over Ok the pipe I've replaced has made a improvement but not enough..

Well just my luck.... It's not resolved :-( but found a little more info but I'm no unsure if it's the pump! As you can see there is airbubbles in the return pipe! If I manually use the lift pump you can hear a sucking noise and then airbubbles appear in the pipe straight away! I'm convinced...

Well finally got it all removed... And it was harder than I thought lol... As you can see from the pics there full off gunk. Gonna replace the shoes but what can I do about the bolts that won't tighten?
