it was very light skim nothing major and lots of people have done the same the gasket was awful make FIA mechanic said it shud 3 hole not 2 hole which has caused the problem cheers

yes done it all correctly head skimed , new bolts FIA gasket , 2 hole my original gasket was 3 hole man sed it would be fine blowed oil out ov corner in 1 day all torqed correctly to the rave bible overheating was caused by semi blocked heater matrix which I then by passed with pipe

where can I purchase geotze head gasket goetze 30-027396-20 uk based thx if not I shall contact famous four or do I go genuine £120 ouch cheers all get ther in the end lol

right new gasket has leaked at corner gasket used FIA can someone tell me make of the gasket I took off

cheers all bit worried now because man gave me a two hole gasket when mine was a three hole man sed it would be ok motor runs like a dream hate waiting for tomorow to come

update bypassed heater matrix with pipe look promising done 15 mile not a problem heat matrix looks restricted just pulled on drive realised got a serious oil leak engine oil hope I've broke somthing silly bloody thing check tomorow wen I can see better

what is correct pressure ov coolant system 1 bar , 15 bar people keeps saying different if I pull inlet pipe off heater matrix and cap is on expansion tank shud it pump water out of the pipe cheers

new genuine header cap also 3 thermostats all tested in pan ov water

hose is hot and rock solid nightmare

how can I test flow ov water temp needle sits half way nice then all hell breaks loose

no good 20min journey 7 mile overheating refill water then water gushing ov the top of resivor bubbling away spits most ov the water back out
