Just taken the rear diff off and the dogs that the hart shafts slot into are fooked so unless anybody wants a ####ed one, rear diffs not for sale... Still got most things, diff guards etc...

Yeah whatever's left of the shell is going to be scrapped. I've not had a proper look, could it just be took out with an angle grinder? Then is it just a case of taking the weight on the crane, undoing engine/gearbox mounts and sliding out the front?mobbioulsy after disconnecting wiring, hoses...
