I also chewed a thread on the oil rotor filter housing so one screw doesn't screw down properly done a full service when I done the clutch and fly wheel will this do anything to my oil pressure Joe

When I changed my clutch and flywheel on the d2 I broke the wires behind the turbo to the oil sensor I put them back on but it keep flickering sometimes it won't be in for about 20 minutes then appear on and flicker or just stay on for abit my oil level doesn't change should I be worried Joe

Well drilled the ####er anyway who arsed think the rad is for the later model td5. The whole rad seems to be getting used now its hot all over instead of just partly. How hard is the top hose supposed to go it is hard but not that Harding can't squeeze it. It's going to for a compression test...

After the trouble with the losing water I checked my rad it was mostly cold. A friend said try and flush the rad so I took it off banged the hose pipe on it it came out of 3 of the 4 pipes. So put it directly on the one that nothing came out it seem to be blocked but like it was made that way...

Well after losing water looks like I will be changing the head gasket or even the head. Just a few questions. Will a newer head say 15p haven't a clue what that means fit mines a old one from 1999. What is this thing about plastic dowels can I change them if its only the head gasket or...

Well took it for a little run before got it up to running temp half way on gauge. Jumped out no water lost popped the cap it blew some out because it was hot felt the rad and half my rad is cold. Got back in done another mile or so jumped out left it running felt the top hose was rather hard...

I have just got the new cap the same as the one on it just the rubbers on it are new and not worn. My old one had 140 on the cap this has 200. So checked the water it was about a inch below the line started the car filled it up put the heaters on full blast opened the bleed screw til water...
