I must admit I fitted an HID upgrade and oh boy are they good!. I set them slightly low as I was a bit concerned I'd be dazzling people but I've never had so much as a 'flash'.

I suppose 'converting' is bigging it up a bit much.. I really just adapted the coaxial to fit the connection at the base of the arial. Works a treat though.

I converted a whip CB antenna which sits on the offside wing. I listen to Radio 4 and live in the mountains. Nothing worse than losing the signal when something is about to happen on 'The Archers'.
