Hi Basically ive been hunting a vibration for a while now, and i over the weekend i removed the engine and changed the dual mass flywheel, now im getting a lot of clutch drag, is there a specific way of rebleeding the td5 clutch or is there something ive missed?

ive replaced the crankshaft pulley only to find the vibrations still there, im thinking maybe the last owner fitted a britpart solid clutch plate and this could be causing the noise?

Hi all Does anyone know if the crankshaft pulley/damper is the same between the Discovery and the Defender Engines, As ive just bought one off ebay and want to check if anyone knows it will fit?

my td5 makes loud ratteling noises when revving, its bad in neutral and a lot worse when driving, my ideas are dual mass flywheel and/or crankshaft pulley what are the best ways of testing the dual mass flywheel?

After checking all the mounts and finding they are all in good condition, i had a think to what else it could be, and i decided it was that stupid viscous fan so after removing it and finding it nearly seized solid ive fitted an electric fan which seems to have cured the problem :D
