Im guessing it lets the air out when filling the tank, im hoping i need a new pipe and clips and that will sort it.

Thank you for your quick responces. It looks to be coming from the pipe about 30mm die on the back edge. It dose not seam to be tracking down to there though.

I picked up my first defender yeaterday, a 1992 200tdi pickup, as standared as it came out the factory, and one oner from new. It had half a tank of fuel so drove home no problem, then filled it up today. After I filled it up i noticed fuel all over the floor, seams to be leaking out of a 30mm...

i used to fit and remove these at work, honda company cars all have one. verry easy to fit, first work out were you what to hide the box( in my disco 1 its glued to the inside of the flap by the drivers knees). then find a earth for the black wire, ignition switched wire for the red one...
