    I have taken some pics for you I'll put them up tomorrow. I found that the pin was not moving, it is corroded and I think pushing it all the way back caused it to stick solid. I may have even bent it slightly when tying to remove the cone.

    I had the same problem with my 200, after playing around i found the sticky pin. But i made it worce getting the cone bit out and ended up getting a new incector pump. and all in 3 days last week. i will find some pics of the old striped down pump as it may be of some help to see what bits look...

    Iv been out working on my 90 tonight and its developed a new problem. I can turn the key start the engine, but when i then let go of the key the engine stops. If i hold the key inplace it runs. Dose anyone know if there is an easy fix to this , or do in need a new starter switch or complete...

    I would also try a good earth for the solenoid, mine would not do much more than click when i refitted it, turned out to be a bad earth from the solenoid. Also just notice on the pic, are you getting contact/short between F1 & F2 on the solenoid . maybe worth a look? Good luck, i hate electrics...

    sounds like you have protected most of the vulnerable things. if you have the kit fitted, get out and use it! you will soon fine out what you need to spend your money on next. Depending on what you what to do will also affect what will be the most use.
