since I have been rebuilding my disco 2 I have decided too do away with the alloys and change too steels what type of steels ie wellers etc will fit a d2 or do I have too use spacers and use d1 steels

for the time it would prob take me too **** about trying too get it out without removing the shroud and fan I might aswell take it out pluss I like skin on my knuckles lol

no need to remove viscous fan etc is it easier too get too from underneath

would these fit a D2

going to replace the farther inlaws alternator, its the 4.4 v8 petrol with the water cooled alternator could any of you lads point me in the right direction for swapping it over I have a general idea just after a few pointers if poss

a bit of paint too tidy her up and a tweek on the headlight too get it lined up and she's back on the road really pleased that it has come back together

2003 4.4 v8 water cooled what is a compatable alternator for this vehicle please I have seen a couple on ebay and need too match the part number please

After a roof rack for my d2 has anyone got one for sale cheers Rich

posted in the disco section but thought would be good to post in members vehicle section front end bump ending up in me replacing and straighting most of the front end just waiting on headlight and indicator too finish off the front bumper is from rockslidersuk

I tried with a 4,4 v8 range and struggled too get the pump out from around it don't know if the disco is as tight I ended up warming the nut up and managed too crack it off that way good luck
