    fitted a HD bar set cause my balls were giving up, kept wheels on floor so I didn't have to adjust any tracking. gonna check it all the same, small question-does the steering relay point straight forward when in the neutral straight ahead position?

    have you tried grounding the case of the relay (through the tab at the top) The above wiring diagram is for a series2 lightweight by the way.

    rub it down, massage in some metal putty like devcon, give it some nice thick coats of hammerite. I rubbed the whole base down on mine with a wire wheel and 5 more holes appeared!!!!

    yeah I thought that too Dom, think I'll order a new AC delco pump from Keith Gott and fit an inline check prior to the filter just to be sure. Im also bypassing the electrical feed from the steering column switch feed to coil via a separate ignition switch as im sure an intermittent bunny hop...
