Hi my p38 2.5 dse makes a horrible clunking noise when u put your foot down it's an auto, the noise seems to come from the middle underneath. Any ideas cheers

If you paid someone to fit the pump and the tank was dropped then it should have been flushed prior to fitting the new pump. When i changed mine i cut the floor in the boot to access the pump thus never flushed the tank and fitted new pump. I would have a word with your mechanic to find out if...

I fitted one of these britpart pumps to mine the weekend not come across any problems as yet. What was the reason for changing the pump in the first place ?

Mine seems to work about 20 feet away or so, might try some new battery's in fob and see if that's much difference

Hi just been out and tried again with software no the values are out by 1-2 which i assume is not bad, i have measured the height and it seems to to spot on now, i am still concerned about the pump run times how often would u say the pump should run on and off ?

Hi if i use the free eas software should i be able to write new height settings ? i have tried to adjust the height by writing new values but dont seem to be changing the height would this mean faulty height sensors ?

Hi i did remove the timer relay and leave it for 2 days and it never dropped at all, i checked all the connections with soapy water and did not find any leaks, If the height sensors were at fault would they not show up on diag machine ? as i get no faults when i run software.
