Evening all can I ask what people have used to lock the cam shaft whilst doing this job I have read the Haynes and it says about a drill but I have seen some people using a bolt I think I would prefer this option as I want to get it tested as well and when it's off and don't want it moving does...

May seem silly question but I never had Tc before know how it works mechanically but when my wheel spins the Tc light comes on does this mean it's working or there is a problem I can heard the pulsing of the brakes so think its working but just wondered as it comes on then goes off again

So i can buy a 4 bolt flange that will fit to the 300tdi diff ?

I have, i was under the impression that the 2 flanges could be swapped?

Been trying to swap the 2 flanges over today, got the mega tight bolt off at work, pulled the flange off the 3 bolt.... Then i pulled the 4 bolt flange off.... Not gonna be able to swap these around!! :( Just gonna bite the bullet and get a 3 bolt prop with a doughnut....

Ah ok but I know this bolts direct to chassis roughly where the bolts for the crush cans are would these be different as well it has two like hook brackets that go under the bumper and on chassis so you don't have to remove bumper

does any one know if the chassis are different between the 300tdi and the disco 2 was wondering if this would fit mine thats all its on a 300tdi at the mo but didnt know if they made this mount for 300tdi like this
