Not too bothered about that as it's a look more than anything I am going for. I've found 75mm spacers on ebay and they supply bolts as well but would need extended brake lines too. Any idea where I could buy them from?
Since the Sport version is around 1" lower than the other models, is it feasible to say a 3" (75mm) lift kit would fit requiring only slight modifying like fitting the 2" kit to none sport models?
I'm sure you had wonderful service, 1.5 hours to replace an injector is pretty long though. I was diagnosed, fuel rail pressure switch, loom replaced and injector replaced in under 2 hours visiting a landy specialist.
Fingers crossed for you. Mine ended up being the fuel pressure sensor and injector No.2, £589 lighter when I left the garage but car running as it should :)
Garage replaced fuel pressure sensor and harness and 1 injector.
I replaced the knackered bush in my spare centre diff mount with a poly bush ready for fitting at the weekend.
Finally have the car running properly again :) turned out to be a faulty fuel pressure sensor and dodgy injector (No2). Engine purrs along so quietly compared to the tratter noise I'd got used to over time lol.
Seems to be the season for knackered TD4's :(
I feel your pain as mine is playing up too. It's going into the garage (if it starts) tomorrow for diagnostics. Hopefully something will show up.
