    Thanks discool, as far as I'm aware the bypass plug is workin, as before I put it in I had no power to the glow plug relay an no power at the solinoid wire. Once it's running its fine I can flick the switch off just the cranking problem. Think that's the only way to sort it like u say straight...

    The immobilisers been bypassed, switch is just giving the pump solinoid 12 volts.

    Hi my wife's got an auto and that's the same, been told to disconnect the big round plugs on the gearbox wiring harness an clean them but can't get them undone.
