Thanks discool, as far as I'm aware the bypass plug is workin, as before I put it in I had no power to the glow plug relay an no power at the solinoid wire. Once it's running its fine I can flick the switch off just the cranking problem. Think that's the only way to sort it like u say straight...

Freelance/flossie thanks that's the only thing I ain't looked at, think it's had a new ignition at some point.

The immobilisers been bypassed, switch is just giving the pump solinoid 12 volts.
