According to what I've read elsewhere on here, the Td4 version is not all that much slower than the V6, without the K-series worries, and a much better mpg...?? I would imagine where you loose out is 'terminal velocity' Any truth? .

Did you know you can get these that fit without any drilling? I've had them on my Freelander for 22 months without any problems. Sorry, I know that doesn't answer your question ....

Kev, my garage found I had a 'cell' going down in the Unipart "Calcium" battery (the name on the battery) which meant overnight in these cold days, the juice in the battery wasn't enough to do the business on 1st start of the day.... just clicking and flashing warning lights only! The battery...

I get this sometimes with the 1st start-up of the day - dash lights flicker, along with a clicking sound. If I turn it back to 'ignition off' position, put my foot on the clutch to disconnect the load of the gearbox from the engine, and count to ten, turn it again, and bingo she'll fire up... I...
