I just wave to other modified Discos. Tend to just get a strange look in return when waving to mums on the school run!

I've basically rebuilt my disco using the search button.

Also you can make anything fit with a bit of grinding and welding.

I'm pretty new too and have learnt that if you search there will be all the info you need :)

Well this thread inspired me to do this to mine last summer. Few strange looks from the neighbours but it was worth it! From this... To this...

Just tweaked my pump slightly. Smoke screw 1 turn, Diaphragm to 1 o'clock and star wheel 90 degrees. Doesn't smoke too much but I'm not sure if it's me being paranoid but there seems to be more of a 'knock' from the engine. Is this normal?

Yeah new cable worked for me.

This happened to mine. You probably just need a new cable.
