Nope. Not with my LR90 anyways. Fills right to the brim, no cut outs unlike the mini filler.....

Just refurbed my heater unit in the 90. New fan, cleaned out the matrix & re sealed with new foam. I get warmish air now after only 1 mile- enough to demist the screen :-) 2-3 minutes, switch fan to full & its TOASTY Clean yer matrix m8 or check your seals to make sure yer heats not going back...
