being new to the whole freelander scene im still a newbie but dont freelanders have a button on the gearstick? whats it for because mine doesnt have that so should my freelander be permanent 4wd?

i did a deal on a vectra i had (straight swap) and the bloke came to me but he lives in redditch 2 and a half hours away from me! so looks like im gonna ave to get a prop shaft firs!
