Personally I quite like the Kwik Fit option. If they can't get it colder then when you came in - you don't pay :) I've used it once (normally I fill up myself) and was quite pleased with the result.

Got it off! It's held on by clips at the top and glued to the rubber insert. I have a feeling fitting it back in is going to be a lot harder :)
