havent had any problems at all. not even a wobble at any speeds. got more lock and a much more stable ride. the mud guards for the brakes are bent to **** tho. hear in trinidad we dont have mot so they wont be much explaining to do. i check my wheel nuts very often to make sure there not loose...

another stupid question that i probably know the answer to... if i didnt touch the clearance screws on the rocker shaft and kept it all in one piece is it really necessary to reset the clearances? guessing the answer is yes but just wondering..

i used a 9.5 for the pump and lined up everything else on the marks. a couple of vice grips on the damper held everything inplace. what im more worried about is the valve clearances??

when i pushed the only straight rod i have in all of them it actually forms a kind of suction to the rod with the socket so im assuming there fine.. the valve clearances is about the only thing that the video wasnt too clear on. what tool do i need? trying to get the timing kit but being in...

the exhaust is off for modification :D and the diff is fine. its the oil pan above it thats got a light leak :eek: ... worst! the tank guard is a problem thats been there a while.. just me being lazy. happened one time when she got badly stuck and was dragged out in reverse.. (yes it gets muddy)

ok so i removed the rocker cover and the shaft just like how the video said to do it and the pushrods were amost all bent but everything else seems to be ok... so just to confirm.. should i just replace the rods and the gasket or is there anything else that i should check before i bolt it back...

I do need a hand! thats why im posting. your option sound very positive actually. the pump is closer to a 9:30 position :confused:. should i just rotate it 180 degrees and look for the pin hole?

i didnt lock it but i had a friend keep an eye on it while fitting the new belt. i also rotated the crank twice and everything lined back up. i didnt have a special pin to lock the pump gear but i used a drill bit that went in about an inch and some
