If they have a pump in stock get it if you don't use it take it back and get your money back saves spending hours on the bus.

For what it cost's I would change the Fuel Filter again, If no change it's a new pump.

Sounds like it's doing the same as mine was a couple of months, if it's a Disco 2 (you don't say) change the fuel pump or you could try the filter first and see if that makes any difference.
