Having replaced my chassis for a galvanised one I'm now rebuilding, I fitted the bulkhead loosely awhile ago just so I could rebuild engine bay etc, does anyone know how to re-align the bulkhead, does it square up off chassis for example, how do I know how many spacing washers to put in between...

Has any one fitted a later rear tub with rear fuel tank on to an early defender with an under-seat tank. My rear tub is FUBAR'ed. I'm thinking it should be fairly straight forward to fit new filler pipe to front of tub, what to do with the rear filler?

Thanks, wasn't sure what the best thing to do was, I just couldn't see the point of the metal pipe, replacement flexi does seem that little bit longer so I'll couple it direct I think, thanks again for the advice.

Is it necessary to use the fixed pipe ( which I've knackered ) from my slave cylinder to the flexi or can I just fix the flexi direct to the slave cylinder?
