hmm i might give that a go seems simple enough and saves me hacking away at my wires and making a bodge of it :D it's either that or invert my wheel spindles which i really cba now that i just put my dash back together :P

yep your on the money there. i thought both motors were the same but i tested them both and what i didn't notice before was that at park position they were at opposite sides of the cog which i've boiled down to a left hand drive motor :( so for some reason there was a Sussex police left hand...

i havent removed the cog in the motor so it can't be that? all i've done is disconnected the rod from the old motor and attached it to the new motor and fitted and now it's working backwards?

i tried this aswel and it still worked backwards :(

it's not as simple as that because the motor is actually working the wrong way, so if i move the wipers flat for starting position it would just hit the gutter under the windscreen :(
