    Cant beat it really.

One minute towing a farm trailer about, next minute sleeping in the roof tent, next minute booting up the motorway on the wrong side of the speed limit, love the 110TD5. That's all.

    TD5 needs new ECU?

When my fuel pump packed up it caused problems within the ECU, had to have a new unit. The garage had a quick fix to drive it a half mile at a time. popped out one of the under seat relays, not sure which one, when it died again, popped it out to reset, got me to the garage in the end. Painful...

Did go for the big one, we need a way to get our collie up there, looking at step to bonnet, bonnet to side window on the tent, mad yes I know!

    Number plate mounting.

No space on my bumper, pin hitch in the middle, drl’s left and right. Hinged flap over the centre hitch?

    Number plate mounting.

    110. TD5. Got myself a military bumper, added some DRLs both ends. Now not a lot of space for the number plate, just wondering what other like minded landy folk have done to mount the number plate, what are the legal boundaries as to positional allowances? Don't think it should restrict the...

    Holy rattling bonnets Batman

I removed the spare wheel last year from my bonnet, the thing rattled like beggars tin, especially above 70. Replaces the hinge inserts, a little better, added 2 lengths of sticky back foam along the return edge that sits on/above the wing. Sorted.

    Front Propshaft UJ replacement issues?

Just did mine on 2004 110, needed the wider version, purchased through Bearmach. What a joyous job with a vice that's too small, sash cramps and G clamps, oh and however did it last time had rounded the prop nuts and put them back on so had to file off burrs under the truck, new nuts a must...

Eberspacher heater for cabin/camper in 110.

Duct route part sorted to heated air inlets. Had to renew the fuel breather hose as found a split it, while at it I replaced it with a longer hose and repositioned it. Access door is a little tight so MK2 would have a bigger door. Air intake is at the rear of cargo bay, soon to have some storage...

Eberspacher heater for cabin/camper in 110.

So after having had the heater a while I finally got the housing made. Design process so far entailed a vehicle measure in the space behind the rear wheel passenger side, a very basic CAD drawing, a correx sheet model to test access and fit, been messing with the heater fitting inside the box...

    Gullwing doors.

Just having a stroll through the options for gullwing doors as part of my camper conversion, not many options really, anyone used the type supplied by Latitude Overland? They look great and are well priced. Same type of thing used in horse boxes and coaches maybe? Any photos?

    Flicker in the headlight department.

Popped the fuses out, all good, popped the relay out, spades a little dirty, pushed in/out a few times to get good metal to metal contact, all seems ok. Cheers, need to do a run to double check tho.

    Flicker in the headlight department.

Occasional flicker to both main beams, high beam no issue. Whats the first thing to check for a fault? Switch contacts? Earth at the lamp end. Something else? Any advise appreciated. Cheers all.
