Yeah i would say it's just the bulbs, hardest part is getting the heater unit out it's a case of gently does it, spring clips on side. If I remember I took clock and ash/coin tray out just for a little easier access. Once out you will have to remove screws and split the unit by removing...

How does that relate to yours, the 02 one is half the age of yours and no doubt less mileage. If you don't wanna sell (sounded like it though) then get it back on the road
