Aye its the top of the oil filter cap ,should just pop back on ,,,;)

its possible to miss the timing hole on the flywheel ,the pin can go in the wrong one :eek:...

When i did mine ,there was two pins that the old condenser was on at the bottom along wi the bolts ,,,,they didnt line up with the nissin condenser so i snapped them off :eek: the pins not the bolts ;) all good so far ;)...

Think it is possible to mix up the pipes on the tank ,and if they are the wrong way round ,then you will get fuel pumping from the return pipe :eek:...;)..

The cooling fans on the p38 very rarely come on ,but the air con should be cold ,if the temp control is turned to low ,both sides and you should hear the compressor kick and out about 3 to 4 times a minute,if not could be lack of gas in the system ;) ..

It might be frowned apron:eek: but after seeing the price of air bags :eek: metal springs might be on the cards for a lot of us :oops: not me yet ,,,But £240 for two Dunlop rear s :mad: i remember getting all 4 for that :rolleyes::(...

if uv got any bigger or smaller tyres n rims lying around ,fit on one axle might get the ratios closer for a test drive ,:eek:...o_O..:D

Have you checked fuses and relays,,crank sensor ,but if its running on gas its not that :(,,,I had a vauxhall in 3 months ago and it turned out to be bad connections on the in tank pump wiring loom,bitch to find as it ran fine then wouldn't,:mad: could try banging tank while someone cranks it...

Sounds like a crack in one of the heads:eek: will hold pressure when cold ,but opens up when it gets hot ,,,,,,or a head gasket:(..check the oil for water ,filler cap as a litre every three days is going somewhere..;).

Why do you have oil on your brake shoes :eek::rolleyes::D:D..

Try unplugging it ,if two disappear on nanometer then its the wrong one :eek:,i find nine times out o 10 its a broken wire on the sensor or it worn through outer casing ,worth a look be four u try to strip it out ;)..

Aye but your meant to remove them from the vehicle first :eek::D:D...

What were you welding ,the body or chassis,:rolleyes: and what was the welder earth strap connected to :eek:..

Aye the bit that drives the crown gear ,not the planetary bit ether,,,He said it stripped the tooth bit that drives the crown gear ,,think it was an old 110 landy , every time he was parking hed pull the brake on be four he had stopped and it would a made a hell of a racket on over run...

Didn't :eek:mean lock the handbrake ,just nudge it slowly to load it ,,As you said ,a pal of mine pulled a handbrake on on a old landy ,and broke the worm drive in the rear diff :(..

try putting you foot on the brake ,to load the drive train ,,and the handbrake ,just to see if theirs a difference.....;)
