Ho! got a 110 CSW and use it a fair bit for cycling, you can get 3 bikes in the back without taking wheels off and you get used to the ride after a while. I sometimes get use of a tranny van, I much prefer the landy. cheers k

Thats a bugger. Perhaps a trip to halfords for that "Shut the fek up Gearbox" paste will be required then.... I'll run it some more and see how bad things get. Hopefully, changing the oil to synthetic (Castrol SMX-S) will give it a hand. Any other additive I can throw in? cheers K

Evenin! Changed the oil in the Gearbox of my 110 at the weekend, and this came out. The plug was covered in crap and looks like an exploding volcano or Denis the menace in profile.. I've no idea when the last time the oil was changed, but that doesn't look very good. Have done around 100...

Just a quick update, managed to borrow a fluid sooker from the local garage, and it worked a treat. Full pedal now, brakes working better than they ever did before! Thanks for the help!! K

Evenin folks, Having replaced the whole brake system (all pipes, master cyl, all flexis, all calipers, inc T-piece) I still can't get a pedal. All joints have been checked for air/fluid leaks) all bleed nipples have been checked, flexi's have been locked off and others bled, no air is coming...

Hi, the pressure bleeder is fitted to your tyre, this pipe then goes into a single container which is filled with brake fluid. Another pipe then goes to the master brake cylinder, fluid is forced through the master cylinder, through the brake system and forces out the fluid to whichever bleed...
