ive got a 53 plate disco 2 and cant find anything on e bay about the tail lock

i seem to have trouble opening the door the door locks ok ive sprayed wd40 and that worked allright for a few days the door locks seems to be sticky do i need to strip it down or renew it any help would be appreciated thanks

just take the barrel to a good locksmith mine cost £15 £230 in landrovers and i waited six months and they still couldnt get it mine was done in 15 mins

hello i had the same and i bought solenoid contacts and it solved it £9.95 on e bay and a couple of hours to remove the starter and fit contacts and then refit it job done

what are the signs of this not working are there many problems with this system? what are the simple checks ? any help would be great thanks

my starting problem was just like that the clunk and then nothing , now and again it worked , anyway i listened to a few on this site and they said to change the solenoid contacts . i bought these on e bay and the next day fitted them and job done the disco starts every time now i hope...

i just bought solenoid connections off e bay ordered yeterday delivered this morn fitted this afternoon job done and only £9.95 and postage

i also noticed that every bump seems to have more effect in the car

is there one set or two to check and what and where do i check ta

i seem to be getting a lot of vibration when driving not thro the steering wheel but the mirror windows and the like any ideas of what to check thanks

how do you get the lights working in the door mirror switch and headlight leveller ?

i looked at that method and it still dont help with shovel hands thanks for the help
