Hi, update, removed as suggested t/box first then g/box, found no tell tale marks so investigated, oi seal appers ok no score marks on t/c bush gently pressurised the t/c no holes showing up , so new oil seal and o rings ordered new bush fitted fingers crossed.

Hi, guys dried box off weekend and then ran car round block oil is definately coming out of the drain plug hole in the bell housing so I am assuming the oil seal in the g/box has gone, ?is do I have to totally remove the boxes to replace this or is it possible to do it in situ? thanks for reply's

At moment knowledge on 38a is minimal but have looked after and modded my 300tdi disco, so what adjustment it reqd on pump am also going totry fitting one way valve into fuel line.

make sure you wash it out with some high flash solvent and DONT smoke, if it fills up with oil you need to look seriously at the turbo oil seals mine did this then went bang

try Paddocks they stock Britpart kits for disco2 but only 40mm lift

bear with me on this, looking for a lift kit probably britpart dynamic, now as Im lifting the body 1"/25mm away from the chassis (allows pressure washing of hidden places) with the above lift kit any body got any serious ideas on tyre sizes with out body mods, cheers people.:confused:
