Dave, Thanks for the quick reply, I will order the bit today ! I have done all but Intercooler cleanout, i noticed some improvement on EGR blank and like you I want to use the car everyday, for commuting to work and towing horse box at weekends ! Dont suppose you know about Remote locking also...

Dave, How did you get round the Lambda sensor problem, did you just disconnect and leave it off ? I am looking to order downpipe today and give it a go as I have a Disco 300tdi Auto acheiving 24mpg at best ! I have done the EGR and all the filters and oils already ! Any help relly...
