Well yes, I know, but I've spent all I had on getting it roadworthy, going to have to make one I think as we did get water in the air intake

Ok so im experiencing a slight starting issue.... And was wondering if anyone could shed any light on it for me..... When i try to start my 300Tdi (from hot or cold) the "check engine" light glows dimly on the dash when cranking, the engine starts and runs at idle all the time the key is in...

Id prefer it all to go as one, as i have no use for the spare chassis or body shell..... Make me an offer??? J5

Chris, mine is up and running now with a fresh MOT..... the exhaust i got is from terrainvehicles.co.uk a straight through with a de-cat pipe, and the mot tester didnt even mention it!!!!!!! Im off to slindon safari this weekend (sunday) if you fancy joining us??? 07817 340943 John (J5)

Thermostat problem wouldnt cause the vehicle to just cut out after loosing power, even if the t/stat was stuck shut it would take a while for the engine to overheat as all the thermostat does initially is close off the radiator from the rest of the cooling system untill a pre-defined temp has...

Scrap metal values vary hugely, some scrap dealers will give you good money and some wont, if you want to get rid have you tried one of these people who advertise clearing scrap cars??? they may give you better money.... But all that said, if you can be bothered to break it your self then...

Was it the lever pivots that were siezes then? where did you get the lever from,???
