i took the belt off today and the fan wobbles like its about to fall off, so ineed to change the water pump.

will do in morning. will take the belt off and check for any play in that and the other pulleys. dont know the make of it .got it from p38 spares and hes not had any faulty ones come back so i'll have a closer look tomorrow.

i put a brand new alternator on 9mths ago, and now i can hear a bit of a whistle and a bit of a gritty crunch noise (which stops very quickly),coming from the belt area. have the bearings gone already? is this common? thanks

just sprayed it with a can of air duster from maplins. put the tube in the lock and gave it a good spray and after afew goes it seems ok. thanks

p38 1998 dash clock works,but the light has never worked since we got it 18mths ago where is the fuse and what no.please. also how do i remove the clock to replace the bulb?

i've got a set of mont blanc roof bars for my p38 and we did a 600mile round trip with the biggest roof box on it (full) no problems. very good! we got it from towequip but you will need the bracket kit,that they can supply, to fit the roof pockets everything was roughly £50 alot cheaper...

got one,but in northampton. we got it from towequipe, a mont blanc set.you will also need the fitting kit for the roof pockets,came to about £50. good quality and did a 600mile trip with a huge roof box on. very good! alot cheaper than the rr ones

whats a phelum camber?

i need to change the leaking rocker gaskets on my 4.0 lpg p38. is this an easy job as ther seems to be a lot of stuff in the way? any tips? do i have to torque the covers on etc. thanks

i had abs fault come up, so i replaced the front sensors,after getting the fault diagnostics plugged in,but occasionaly i get a juddering feeling under foot. does anyone know what this is,and can anything be done? the discs and pads are in excellent condition. thanks
