Is this part normal? It happen to me when the car is stop over night. But I don't have any indication of malfunction. (If the brake is applied before the hydraulic pressure is reached, there is excessive pedal travel with virtually no braking force).

I suggest that you get a copy of Rave. Is the best way that you can use to get familiar with your P38 and it help a lot. You can find the wire diagram of the transfer motor and do some troubleshooting.

I guest that the rear one should be a little more powerful, but what about the headlamp pump and the windshield pump? Can I use the same if I have to replace one of those? By the way, where can I buy it so they won't rob me?

Well in my car you open the lid and twist the upper side to the front and there you go. the cup holders should be facing backwards and when you close the lid they would be on top.
