mine already had half the rear windows done before i bought it,( the navy did it),am plannin gettin the other half done, as ya cant see in unless right up next to them. plus if dogs are in the back they wont get cooked by the sun....... not that the sun is oot often up here :)

try a search on google for the ex millitary landrover club, they charge for joining n then i think ya have to pay for them to look into it but they can find out all about when it went into service, what units had it etc, hope that helps

ive got a hi lift, n they are spot on, think mine was aboot 40 quid, worth the money.

i thought about puttin carpet in mine, but then decided against it,, ya would end up havin to hoover it all the time, better wi a bit o rubber, just brush all the crap oot :) . i got 17mm stuff off flea bay, it was all cut to size n fairly cut down the noise too

i tried got quotes fae few different firms n cheapest i got was direct line at 230 odd, :) . cana argue wi that, best bet is just to keep shoppin aboot, if they ask ya what your cheapest quote has been so far, knock a wee bit off what ya have been quoted :) :) , that should help a bit

just been lookin at flights n travelodges n hire car rekon can get down n hang aboot for few days for just over 400 quid:cool: , thats if crash ma mates for 3 nights to lol, surely someone should think on us jocks n hae a similar thing up here lol:D
