Intercooler hoses delaminated internally, gummed up intercooler ?

Got in, convinced i could smell antifreeze, level ok, carpet not wet..................yet. Time to get some o-rings, bugger.

Just been down to Devon and back with lanes when I got there, averaged 30 mpg (brim to brim figures 550 miles), 4 up and loaded, 3 bikes on the towball and 2 surfboards on the roof. Better than my LWB vito last year.

I have taken it off and will try and get it repaired, cant find one anywhere ! Took off and cleaned the intercooler at the same time. Mine is only 380 high with the connections bottom right, one threaded, one captive o ring.

Did this one last week, pump from ebay for 7 quid (they are all the same - colour coded on the genuine ones). Don't need to take the bumper off , though you will get a wet arm, reservoir is under the off side headlight. Unclip plugs and pull out the pump, it is clipped into the reservoir. Check...

It looks like there are actually 3 sizes, Mine has the final version which I cannot find anywhere, doesn't seem common to anything across the rover range. It is only about 360mm high. I anybody knows where I can get one give me a shout. I have taken it off, so I might see if Serck can fix it...
