ive just changed my hardtop for truckcab,and i managed to lift mine on with roof bolted to back panel, on me own.and i have back muscle probs.cheapest ive seen a hood/stick set 2nd hand was 150-200.as he was selling landy with hardtop.

if you was nearer id swap my hardtop,its in really good nick ,it was the tidyest part of my landy it has,nt got windows in the side though its a commercial style.its just leant against my shed now.

i was going to split my hardtop next week as truck cabs are either miles away or silly money,my plan was to divide it at the seam so above cab was dry and get a fume curtain for back to keep dry.but when this came up i took it ,its got mildew on it and the sliding glass is seized. catches, look...

i just picked up a series truck cab for free 10 miles up rd from me off freecycle:D mind you its been under a laurel tree for 5 yrs according to the guy i got it from.

hi,found the forum when i was googling to see whats biggest tyres i could fit to series landy,i own a 1962 88" leafer with a sd1 v8 ,series 3 axles /body and powersteering off a diahatsu?4x4i had it in p/x on my e reg 90 2.5 n/a which had a 2" lift and 33/1250/15 tyres.
