    Well, i think the Dealer was trying to con me out of extra cash. Rovacom arrived today, plugged it in and straight away it worked! The fault that was coming up is Oxygen Sensor on Bank 2. Reset the fault and done an adaptive reset. Then checked the inputs when running, no signal from oxygen...

    Many thanks for all the responses. Stopover, they pictures are spot on cheers for this. I have not yet had a chance to get a look at the connections. But i have Rovacom coming this week so as soon as it comes, i will post the results.

    Thanks for this. I will go out and start checking/cleaning connectors. I take it there is no way to check other than with T4/Rovacom that the connections are now ok? (I only have a multimeter, don't have scanner).

    Hi, the problem is, the dealer can't get T4 to communicate with the car, so can't do an adaptive reset. Do you know of any common faults which can cause this? Water ingress somewhere maybe?     Id second that one. 3 times in 3 different cars i've used them this year and not a single problem. In fact on one of the trips the independant recovery guy actually quoted that Green Flag was the best of the lot when it comes to breakdown cover.

    Thats very excessive for a 120 mile trip. Have you tried shiply.com? I ended up with a quote of around £240, to bring a P38 up from Devon to me in Scotland, worked out around 488miles! Might be worth a try to see if you can get it cheaper, to save yourself a few quid?

    So hoping that the fault has been fixed. Once connected to testbook, i take it the dealer should be able to do this? I still think there is a slight blow from somewhere, but manifold has been sorted, new gaskets fitted and manifold to downpipe flange cleaned and pasted.

    The hydrocarbon counts are ok, the two reading were (Limit) <200ppm (Actual) 103/94ppm. I have to admit though, i took her for a 100 mile round trip today, and Fuel consumption has went up since refitting the breather, does it sound dodgy to you?
