its all working with regards to locking etc, just doesn't register the door as open on the display and the interior light doesn't come on, shall i still open up the latch and see if i can free it off? thanks

97 P38, drivers door sensor isn't working so it never registers as open, is it part of the latch? easy fix? many thanks

been driving my dads 2004 s320CDI today, he has just spent 1k on an ecu and 2k on having the front arms done, he is trading it in as he has been advised the steering cradle is on its way out. Oh and his tyres are 350 a corner from merc, his has the AMG alloys on. Hes trading it in for a CLS...

i agree with both of the above, its a cool feature. Touch wood mines been ok (about the only thing that has), but at least getting rid of it is another thing not to go wrong.

hi chaps, any ideas with this one, ordered a new O ring today, just wondering how they should be installed? should the o ring be placed in the hole of the sump then the dipstick installed, or put it on the dipstick tube then insert into the hole? cheers josh

mine was fluttering a bit, the main problem was surging at idle tbh.

i think its related to when i wash it tbh, im trying to make sure its the case though, i saw a cheeky drip right where the blower is in the passenger footwell on the panel beneath it. maybe a case of pollen filter sealing.

i just cleaned the immediate part with my hand, maybe i should stick a small bottle brush in there or something?

Its a RHD p38 2.5 diesel. Got a damp footwell on the passenger side. I understand if its the heater o-rings its the drivers side so its more likely to be from the A/C. i had a leak last week but cleared the drain and it leaks a nice pool of water under the car if i leave it standing from the a/c...
