    Overheting

Think thermostat may be duff. Top hose to rad hot when up to temperature but bottom hose cold yet expansion tank full to overflowing and hot just on tickover. Also noted that fan is running from cold, doesn't slow warm up as don't think anything is going through rad. Hopefully thermostat is the...

Thanks, what else could cause overheating? Just been for a drive and it didn't overheat. Is there a way to purge air locks? Cheers

    Overheting

On my 4.0 P38 2001 I have just put on a new exhaust, 2 new tyres, new front crank seal and serpentine belt. First time out it overheated and does so each time I use it. Can leave it ticking over on drive and it won't overheat. Under load it will...can't see how the jobs I did can cause this...

The lights for the dash are permanently on even with no key in. Have to disconnect battery to turn them off. Also one rear...

    Heavy clutch

Hi, The clutch on my Series 2a is very heavy. It works but is very hard to press pedal. If you have to hold pedal down your leg aches real quick. It makes it a tough drive... Any ideas ... Cheers

    Power Loss

Still not got to coolant temp, awaiting advice from Blackbox. Cleaned the Idle Air Control - it was a bit sticky and it does seem a lot better, cheers. Still seems slower to warm up so need to persevere with coolant temp reading. Cheers
