    Put a magnet to it if it's SS shu'dnt stick to it if it does is M steel. Your whine coul'd be your taper bearings on your input gear on T box. take the PTO cover of put T box in N and pull the gear out have look . good luck

    Axle confusion!!!!

    Means you all ready got a rear D shaft why not look out for a 300tdi Def.110 rear Axle as far as i know they are the same as yours only with Disc brakes. wish i coul'd get one for my 110 but they are as rear as hens teeth hear in Greece.

    I had the same prob's as you on my 200 tdi it turned out to be the fuel line split thats the line from the tank to the f/filter. Replaced it with a good quality diesel oil aprooved pipe rather than the plastic/teflon type mind. Job done.

    You'll need a t.rod end spliter co's more than likely will be tight on the arm ,thats to avoid the use of the big H***R . On replaceing the t.rod end mesure its length how far in it was so you replace the new one the same, that way your tracking won't be far out that's it . Tea time..

    Well all right the temptation was to high so i took time of and had ago.Torx skrew C wise 1 turn, Diaphram from12 to 3 o'clock, star wheel under D,ram 3clicks c.wise, and f throtle fueling skrew 1 T c,wise. Max boost 0,9 Result= from yes bebe ,to bloody hell , to jeezs.. thaks guys.
