thats wot i thought sand boards and a hi-lift. also tyres??? got a long way to drive mostly on tarmac but also a lot of un made roads.

i have looked at ground anchors. the only problem is my very tight budget. so really hoping for ways around not having a winch

Seriously theres oil in it. Shes mint at the mo, 40 years old in october and its in better nick then most new cars. But then again i ahven't driven it yet. So things will change

Whats the furthest anybody has travelled in a Series Landy?????? Just bought a 67 Series IIA and planning to travel to Timbuktu! Is this do-able????

well this is just great. i think my dad best go instead as he is already deaf and has no teeth of his own. Any more usefull advice is welcome
