Just bought myself a carbon fibre fairing for my race bike. It was really cheap. OK, comparatively cheap. But it's in Wales and I'm in London.
It's big, but it will fit easily in the boot of a Rangie with plenty of space to spare. And it's light, obviously!
I'd be very happy to contribute to...
the only time my old Rangie has been in a proper LR dealer (since I 've owned it), the techs were laughing at the poor old thing. At the same time, a guy in a RRS was being told that his DVD, Sat Nav and audio system was buggered and would need to be replaced.
That's around £3,000(?) to fix...
ah, my current bike trailer has those little things. The new one has proper big tyres. I think they're 13".
When you lock the height, does the car retain the height even if it's restarted or parked? The override stops the car self-leveling while it's parked?
fair enough. TBH, I look on things like this as the reason I got the car so cheaply. The previous owners probably looked at all these jobs that needed doing, maybe added a bit of mechanical ignorance and thought the car was a write-off.
I've done a search but not found much of help - lots of TD stuff for some reason.
So, the mystery of what T2 is doing with it's oil has been found. It appears to be chucking it out of the front somewhere. Up norf, so haven't been able to have a proper look.

Thanks Roger, I think it looks used but still pretty. Not usually a fan of aftermarket stuff, but those wheels look ok.
Will get some proper pics today with the Nikon :)
Wammers, don't you know, RR drivers get all the pussy?
Been very busy recently and never had my old Rangie clean or in a reasonable place to take a decent pic until the other day.
So here's my old girl, or Thunderbird 2 as she's become known:
Apologies for the quality - was on my phone and the lens cover needs replacing.
have you searched here for r/f antenna? The central locking receiver often wakes the vehicle in response to wifi or other radio transmissions on similar frequencies and drains the battery.
Also, you've got L322 as a category, which might deter some people from reading this thread...
