forgot to put it's a td5

if i were to blank the egr valve off, would that not trigger a fault code and bring the emmision light on the dash? thereby fail it's mot (new rulings). i would like to blank it off as from what i'v read you can't lose but i'm worried about the light and as an mot tester i really aught to lead...

hiya, my heated screen doesn't work, have checked the fuses, my boss has had a look as he's an autoelectrician and i just swing on spanners, he thinks it may be the body control unit under the glove box. is this likely to be correct and as that sounds expensive to me is it possible to...

a friend of mine has an auto td5 and i have the manual, personally i prefer the manual as the auto's seem a bit "revvy" to me before gear changes. But different people find different way to float their boat:D

my m8 had the same problem on his 110, and he'd done all that you have done, but when we had a look it turned out to be a broken wire. All we did was to find the break and replace the wire, hope it helps
