    It's not a rad, it's the intercooler, it's got a drop of oil in it, that's all. Just needs taking off and flushing out. It's the norm.

    I don't remember there being any seals, I just used the old vasaline in between the 2 surfaces.

    When you remove the oil filter, it will reveal a hidden nut, approx 25mm. It won't take much to budge it. Loosen that off and the adaptor ring will come loose. I suggest loosening the two oil pipes first. As always expect some mess.

    If you mean the self adhesive badges, they need to be warm. Warm the badge up with a hairdryer, you should then be able to peel them off. Not too hot though otherwise you can damage the paint !!!!!. A bit of t-cut, job done.

    Ivor I'm guessing you have a blown bulb. See my post further down the page, the Part No you need is STC3869. You need to remove the Hevac Unit to get to the bulb.
