Hi, I have a 4203 in a forklift, the best way of starting on a cold morning is to turn the engine over first for a while, ( to send fuel to the heater ) then operate the heater plug for 20 secs. on the inlet manifold and then start the engine, works every time.

Just bought a 95 M 300 tdi , with 100,000 on the clock, full L.R. service history from new, all belts changed, full service, and 2 months g.tee. up to now no complaints, looks good and goes great. paid £4500.
