    K & N Filter

    There's a later post about these. I fitted one to my 2.5 DSE and gained a definite 1 mpg on local runs. I think they are worth it as you don't need to buy any more after you fit the K & N and any fuel gain is worth it with today's cost of fuel.:)

    I have a similar problem. If decelerating to a stop, the tick-over is lumpy abd erratic but if you blip the throttle slightly is clears instantly and ticks over correctly. My mileage is about 92,000 on a 1999 2.5 DSE. Any ideas please?
