Sadly not the speaker. Tried the drivers speaker on the passenger and works fine so guessing cables have snapped somewhere. Does anyone know where they plug into one in the car wing? Cheers

so u can replace the vcu and its bearings seperatley? just about to pick up a freelander with 74k on the clock so want to get to know about the weak points on the freelander. wheres the best place to get a reconed vcu from? is it worth doing urself or just slip it to ur local mech?

well i've just bought a 53 plate td4 with 74k on the clock so want to look out for problems before they get too big like this issue/problem. what is the tell tale signs? vibration on pulling away or at speed etc?

do the bearings have a time limit or service interval to replace them?
