After having my Discovery 300Tdi for nearly a year I think its finally come to me that I have too many projects / toys on the go and some have to go and unfortunatly this is ont :( I brought it at the start of last year in a poor condition and spent alot of time and money getting it rectified...

Plenty of ideas floting round in my head now :D Im not too sure on the details of my setup to be honest but the previous owner says that he did not have to adjust the bump stops when he put them on and I can confirm that they do not rub on lock. Also I made a better front bumper the other week...

Awesome ! Looks ideal but id better get saving them pennies going by the prices ! Have you had any issues with the fitting or anything ? Also where have you moved the towbar electrics to ?

If you could it would prove helpful so I know what im getting into :) I understand that the arches wont make the clearance but it will allow me to cut for more clearance without making it look horrendous. Or will it still not be enough ? So what is it that I need then - lift and bump stops...

Hi chaps - more of a lurcker here :( After having a few days out in the 300 Tdi a few things have popped up as regular problems the I need to rectify so was wondering what route to go down ! Firstly my towbar seems to dig in almost everywhere but removing the towball will make no difference...

Thought id cheer myself up and make a decent front bumper for the Discovery this weekend and while I was at it got given a T-Max winch very cheaply. After messing about with the solenoids etc ive got it working but it does need a few bits and I can only find their own website that does spares...

So thats something I can check easily without taking the gearbox out right ?
