Yes, already checked the website of steven parkers. Is it so easy to cut of a piece of this gearbox shaft? I thought it would be hardened steel? I do need an alignment tool, haven't got it yet. Was not inculed withthe plate.

Looks very nice, I'm not that far yet, motor hanging in the shed still. It's a bite to cold to do the fine repair jobs at the moment -6 Celsius. No heating in the shed. :flame:

yes, d'nt know how I will handle that right now. Today I collected all the parts to refurbish the 200 tdi engine. So, I will have to deal with that first. Also have a gearbox problem, d'nt know what to do with that either. Gearbox works ok, but it's dropping out of reverse all the time. I have...

if you are facing the discovery from the front, the tubro is on the right. (if you are sitting in the car on the left :rolleyes:) So, I should get a steering box and some longer hoses and I'm alright I think.
