    John T, Yes you can hear fuel pumps running at the rear and under the bonnet, they seem to run for about 25-30 seconds. I had someone else listen to it the other day on start up and they said it sounds like its starting on two cylinders and then picking up to 4 Its the same when its warmer...

    Hmm changed the cam sensor and was please with myself that I had cured the problem but guess what its no diffrent !, I have either got a duff sensor or its a diffrent fault any thoughts?? It even done it when I started the car from cold turned it around in the drive to load it, 5 mins later...

    Hi, I had a the same sort of problem with my x plate 1.8 and found it was the remote key pad button stuck. it did not affect the rear wiper.. It kept winding the rear window down even when the keys were in my wifes handbag in doors....
